Payroll Representative Billings, Montana
Avitus Group, a Professional Employer Organization, located in
Billings, MT, services 7000 employees in over 20 states; is
searching for a Payroll Representative.
This position is highly complex with many moving pieces.
Acceptable candidates must have a strong understanding of major
computer systems including: Excel, Microsoft, and Outlook, strong
10 key skills and Customer Service is a must. We are seeking a team
player with the ultimate goal of accomplishing a large amount of
detailed work with accuracy and efficiency. This is an extremely
fast paced environment with a multitude of tasks needing to be
performed. Willingness and patience to learn our complex payroll
software is required. This position is located in our
Billings, MT corporate office.
Position Requirements;
- 2 Year degree or; equivalent of 3 years work experience with a Payroll or Accounting background
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Follow developed procedures and adapt quickly to improve efficiency
- Strong customer service desired as member relations is a high priority
- High level of organization
- Adaptability in a diversified team environment
- At least 12 months previous payroll processing experience required
