A: Our new corporate identity is Avitus Group. It is derived from the Latin name Avitus, a Roman Emperor known for his leadership. We believe this new identity is most timely and appropriate for our company since we are recognized as an industry leader.
Why are you changing the company’s corporate identity?
A: BBS is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year and the corporate identity update is a natural step in our progression as a company. It eliminates any confusion between us and other companies, such as the Better Business Bureau, and helps us to clarify our market position.
Was the company sold?
A: No, Avitus Group will have the same ownership, employees, management and leadership.
Does the new name mean a new strategy or change in operations?
A: No, 10 years of unparalleled service to our clients is the main focus of our strategy. We remain committed to providing excellent service to our clients.
Will my workers compensation insurance coverage change?
A: No, coverage remains in place, certificates of insurance remain valid and our staff remains committed to helping you should you have a claim.
When will the corporate identity change happen?
A: Effective July 10th we will be officially recognized as Avitus Group. We are planning a gradual roll-out during June and July, so you may see some slight changes prior to July 10th.
What changes will I see?
A: The name, corporate logo and identity will change on all documents where you currently see Better Business Systems, Inc., including invoices, statements, paychecks and our website.
